Display advertising refers to monthly ads appearing among the stories in the Beacon. Sizes range from 1/12 of a page up to a full page or multiple page spreads.
Full Color and spot color (one color plus black) are available on many pages for a modest additional charge.

Ad contracts are for a minimum of three months, with substantial discounts for contracts lasting six or 12 months.
We provide in-house ad design services at no extra charge for those who choose not to utilize the services of an ad agency or graghic designer.

Resource Guide Ads / Sponsorship
The Montgomery County Seniors' Resource Guide is a bound, glossy-covered telephone directory for older adults and their families. It is published on an annual basis by the Beacon in partnership with Montgomery County Government.
More than 50,000 copies are distributed free of charge at hundreds of CVS locations, county government offices and The Beacon distribution sites throughout Montgomery County. Individual copies are available by mail for a modest charge.
The Guide features an extensive table of contents with dozens of topic areas, and a complete index of its 700+ listings.
Each right-hand page contains listings and numbers, while each left-hand page consists of a full-page advertisement.
Ad design services are provided to advertisers at no extra charge, and a listing in the directory — as well as a selected spot color — is included in the cost of an ad.
A single sponsorship — which includes the back-page ad as well as cover recognition — is available for the publication. Premium ad placements are available on inside front and back covers.
